Change of mind (14-day cancellation right)

If you're a UK consumer, you have 14 days from receiving your order to let me know you want to cancel, for any reason. Just email me with your order number and a note that you'd like to cancel.

You then have 14 days to return the items to me in their original condition. Return postage for a change of mind is paid by you. I'll refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the items (or proof that you've sent them back, whichever is earlier).

Damaged or faulty items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact me within 30 days of delivery. I'll arrange a replacement or a full refund, and I'll cover the return postage.

Exchanges

Want to swap for a different colour or character? Get in touch within 14 days and I'll arrange an exchange, provided the item is returned in its original, unused condition.

Cancelling before dispatch

If you'd like to cancel before your order has been dispatched, email me as soon as possible and I'll refund you in full. Once an order has been dispatched, the 14-day cancellation process above applies.
