How our contract is formed

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the items in your cart at the price shown at checkout. After you pay, you will receive an order confirmation. My acceptance of your order takes place when I dispatch it; at that point, a legally binding contract is formed between us.

Occasionally, an order cannot be accepted — for example, if an item is unexpectedly out of stock, if there was an obvious pricing error, or if I can't ship to your location. If that happens, I'll contact you and issue a full refund.

Products and prices

Every keychain is handmade in small batches and 3D-printed to order. Small variations in colour, texture, or finish are part of the handmade character and are not defects.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable UK VAT. Shipping is added at checkout. Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through Stripe. I accept major debit and credit cards as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay where available. Your card details are handled by Stripe; I never see or store your card number.

Delivery

I aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 business days. Delivery times depend on the option chosen at checkout — see the shipping page for details. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you provided.

Your right to cancel (UK consumers)

If you're a consumer in the UK, you have the right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

To cancel, simply email [CONTACT EMAIL] with your order number and a clear statement that you're cancelling. You must then return the items to me within 14 days of telling me you want to cancel. You pay the return postage unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered.

I'll refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the returned items (or evidence that you've sent them back, whichever is earlier). If the items are returned used or damaged beyond what's needed to inspect them, I may reduce the refund to reflect that.

Faulty or incorrect items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods I supply must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please email me within 30 days of delivery and I'll arrange a repair, replacement, or refund, and I'll cover the return postage. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.

Events beyond my control

I'm not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside my reasonable control, including postal disruption, equipment failure, or supply shortages. If there's a significant delay, I'll contact you and you can choose to wait or cancel the order for a full refund.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits my liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law.

Otherwise, my liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the price you paid for the items.

International orders

If you're ordering from outside the UK, you're responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges that apply in your country. Please check your local rules before ordering.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you're a consumer, you can bring a claim in the courts of the part of the UK in which you live.

Complaints

If something's gone wrong with your order, please email me first at [CONTACT EMAIL] — I'll do everything I can to sort it out. If we can't resolve it between us, you can use the EU's online dispute resolution platform (available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) or contact Citizens Advice on 0808 223 1133.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are the ones in force when you placed it. The “last updated” date at the top of the page shows when the terms were last changed.
